Statement of Work: Research Collaboration with Fraser Beck

Prepared by: Izaac Williams

Subject: Collaborative Research & Integration of the I Will Framework into the Optimal Health Model

Date: 20 March 2025

Background

Fraser Beck, a specialist in breathing and wellness, has been developing the Optimal Health Model since 2018, focusing on human performance, well-being, and holistic health. Over the course of multiple years, Fraser and I engaged in extensive research together, exploring principles of human optimization, adaptation, and systemic health.

Throughout this collaboration, Fraser became deeply familiar with the I Will framework, recognizing its structural and functional alignment with his own model. After years of exposure, Fraser approached me and said:

“Bro, your framework maps perfectly to my Optimal Health Model. Can I use it?”

I agreed, allowing Fraser to formally integrate the I Will framework into his business operations, leveraging its principles to enhance the structure and application of his model.

Scope of Work

1. Collaborative Research & Framework Development

• Fraser and I conducted joint research into performance, well-being, and neurological optimization.

• We tested principles, validated concepts, and refined methodologies over multiple years.

• The research explored biomechanics, breathing techniques, neurological signaling, and adaptability—all of which contributed to the evolution of both frameworks.

2. Recognition & Formal Integration of I Will

• After years of exposure to I Will, Fraser recognized its structural compatibility with his own work.

• Fraser formally requested to use the I Will framework as the foundation for delivering his Optimal Health Model.

• I agreed, granting Fraser full permission to integrate I Will into his business methodology.

3. Application & Implementation Strategy

I Will serves as the foundational structure for Fraser’s operational model.

• Fraser is applying the framework to enhance client outcomes, refine methodologies, and improve service delivery.

• Ongoing refinements will be made based on real-world application, feedback, and iterative development.

4. Future Research & Expansion

• Continued collaboration and refinement to optimize I Will’s application in health, breathing, and performance sectors.

• Exploration of new applications of the integrated framework beyond individual coaching.

• Potential development of research papers, training programs, and scalable models based on findings.

Impact & Outcomes

Deep Research Collaboration: Years of mutual exploration and development led to the recognition of I Will as an ideal structural foundation for Fraser’s work.

Formalized Use of I Will: Fraser has full permission to use I Will as the core of his Optimal Health Model.

Refined Application of Frameworks: I Will now serves as a structured, validated, and adaptable foundation for optimizing human health and performance.

Ongoing Research & Development: The collaboration continues, providing new insights into the integration of structured frameworks within the wellness industry.

Compensation & Ethical Considerations

• This collaboration is rooted in long-term research and shared intellectual development.

• Fraser’s request to use I Will was based on genuine recognition of its alignment, rather than a contractual business arrangement.

• No financial compensation was required, as the agreement was based on trust, mutual intellectual respect, and shared contribution.

Conclusion & Future Considerations

This engagement represents a natural progression of years of collaborative research, culminating in Fraser’s formal integration of the I Will framework into his business. The mutual validation of our work serves as strong evidence for the adaptability and effectiveness of the framework in optimizing health and human performance.

This Statement of Work formally acknowledges the collaborative research process and grants Fraser Beck permission to use I Will as the foundational structure of his Optimal Health Model.
